It was he who bought the property when the building was still under construction in the early 1930s. Southern Cross is one of the 3 apartments obtained from the renovation of the original building. The constellation is reproduced in the LEDs that illuminate the living room. The apartment is located in the Prati district, one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Rome, a 10-minute walk from St. Peter's. All the city's main attractions are also easily accessible by metro line "A" (distance of the "Ottaviano" stop 600 m from the apartment on foot). Finely renovated and equipped with every comfort, it has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, living area and American kitchen, complete with every appliance. Possibility to have breakfast at home upon request, with a separate price. Possibility to request the private garage-box (€20 per day) or the uncovered parking space (€15 per day) if available. Guest access Guests will have comfortable and exclusive access to the entire apartment. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. Guests will be greeted by me personally, and when I am unable to do so, they will be greeted by a trusted person of mine. Check-in after 8:00 p.m. incurs a surcharge of €30. Check-out is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Other things to note Upon request and at their expense, we can arrange a pick-up service at the airport or train station. Also upon request, it is possible to arrange a transfer to different locations and the cost will be communicated according to the destination.
