Valley View Cottage - a private country cottage in beautiful setting with views and abundant wildlife, accommodation has 4 bedrooms with linen & towels ready for your arrival. Comforts include attractively furnished lounge and dining areas with views, a log fire and air conditioning. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, oven etc. Together with the bathroom of shower and toilet, there is additionally a fully equipped laundry with a second separate toilet. The space Outdoor areas suitable for day or night dining include 2 large patios, covered verandas with tables and seating, and a gas BBQ . Enjoy the fruits of the Valley while seated in the garden hill top gazebo with wonderful views, and a courtyard outdoor fireplace. Valley View Cottage is accessible to Hunter Valley wineries & cellar doors, olive oil & gourmet food trails, cafes & restaurants, hot air ballooning & joy flights, golfing, horse riding and for day trips to Barrington Tops and Port Stephens. Guest access Valley View Cottage is positioned in a rural setting on an acreage which has trees and gardens. Guests have access to the whole property to sit outside or stroll within the grounds. Guests book the house for a stay but the number of bedrooms should reflect the number booked. It is appreciated if other bedrooms are left untouched and preferably closed. Other things to note Dogs can stay also but must be booked in with us. The property is only suitable for well-managed dogs who will not disturb our gardens and wildlife.
