We invite you to discover the city of Rouen by staying in this beautiful refurbished apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located and economical for a couple with children or two couples for a leisure or work stay in Normandy. The space Our apartment is on the first floor of a building located on the Boulevard de Verdun in Rouen. It has a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Unfortunately, there is no television at this time. Located not far from historic old Rouen and close to the Chu, you will be close to many restaurants and local shops. Guest access Full access to the accommodation Other things to note BABY: sheets for the folding crib are not provided. BOOKS and BOARD GAMES: They are at your disposal throughout the stay. Given the health situation, please wash your hands before and after any use. If you're used to licking your finger to turn pages, consider another activity :-) Don't forget to put them away before you leave ;-) PLANTS: Feel free to water them if you find the soil is dry. A small watering can is provided for this purpose. For longer stays, watering once every 15-20 days is sufficient. CLEANING: The cleaning fee covers general cleaning and linen change. Dishes are not included in the cleaning. Guests must leave the kitchen and adjoining items (fridge, oven, microwave, induction stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) clean. Sanitary facilities must be left in good condition. DAMAGE/BROKEN OBJECTS: any broken object or any damage must be immediately reported to the owner. They may be subject to a deduction from the security deposit. Please leave dishes, decorations, linens, etc. on site. Any missing items may be charged. Please do not pierce the walls Pets are not allowed. WIFI / INTERNET USE CHARTER: Internet access is completely free. However, the user agrees to comply with French law and in particular: - not to use this access for the purpose of reproduction, representation, provision or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a neighboring right, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games. - not to use Peer to Peer download software considered illegal on French territory.
