House by the sea, in Sainte-Marine, beautiful little port of Finistère-Sud (opposite Benodet). It has 2 terraces oriented east and west/south and a garden/lawn of 100m2. 2 bedrooms upstairs (4 beds) and a large living room on the ground floor (with also a sofa bed) allow to receive in this quiet place and 300m from the sea, a complete family or a couple of friends. The space This is my vacation home when I lived in Paris. Since then I have attached my main house (both houses are independent). So I'm your neighbor. Guest access The parking area will be shared with the property owners. Other things to note The house must be cleaned at the end of the stay. If guests don't want to, a package of 30 euros will be requested. Linens and towels are not provided, unless you pay a flat fee of 8 euros per person.
