South Finistère seaside house (enclosed garden)

Seaside house, in Sainte-Marine, beautiful little port of Finistère-Sud (opposite Benodet). It has 2 terraces facing east and west/south and a garden/lawn of 100 m2. 2 bedrooms upstairs (4 beds) and a large living room on the ground floor (with a sofa bed) allow you to receive a complete family or a couple of friends in this quiet place and 300 m from the sea. The space This is my vacation home, when I lived in Paris. Since then I have added my main house (the two houses are independent). So I'm your neighbor. Guest access The parking area will be shared with the owners. Other things to note The house must be cleaned at the end of the stay. If guests do not wish to do so, a fee of 30 euros will be requested. Linens and towels are not provided, unless you pay a fee of 8 euros per person for the stay.
