Our property is located in one of the most beautiful seaside areas of Syracuse, a stone's throw from the protected Plemmirio Marine Area, and offers an enchanting view of the beautiful gulf. Renovated with every detail, it is located in a residence with a large private parking lot, pine forest and direct access to the sea (free beach and cliff). The space The house is located in an exclusive residence by the sea with a magnificent panoramic view of the large port of Syracuse, the island of Ortigia and the Maniace Castle.
