Guest access Guests have access to whole of garden/grounds area approx 3 acres We also have a one bedroom Pigeonaire in the grounds, adults only , but they have there own private garden space and spa ,they do not share the swimming pool which is exclusive to the Farmhouse. We the owners live in an annexe at the side of the farmhouse temporarily ,but as said in reviews we are not intrusive . Car park available .
