NEWLY RENOVATED - Great apartment for a holiday with family/friends. Amazing sea view from the big balcony. Free access to the infinity and toddler pools. Close to La Mala beach & 5 mins drive from Monaco. FREE PRIVATE PARKING, SUPER FAST FIBRE INTERNET & AIR CONDITION. Newly renovated apartment with new kitchen, floor, sofabed, bathroom, toilet, balcony, washing machine etc. An excellent base to explore the beautiful region. Please note that there is a 4-night minimum for the Monaco Grand Prix. The space The apartment is 35 sq.m. internally with a 15 sq.m. balcony and well designed to comfortably sleep 4-6 persons. There is a master bedroom with a double bed (with sea view), a small cabin room with a bunk bed (ideal for kids) and a sofabed converting to a double-bed in the livingroom (with sea view). There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The new fully equipped kitchen includes a real oven (not the usual holiday apartment microwave), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc for you to have a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner in the apartment enjoying the great balcony and sea view. The laundry room in the residence is closed and we do not know if/when it will re-open. Please note we only provide essentials to get you started (toilet paper, dishwasher soap). It is for you then to buy your own once you are settled. We have recently refreshed the apartment with new paint, new mattresses for all beds, decorations etc. The apartment has a private parking space in the secured parking area of the residence. Guest access The property has a great infinity pool and a small baby/toddler pool. The pools are usually open from mid May to mid October, but it may change due to weather etc. so please ask us if the pool is important to you. In addition to the sun loungers around the pool there is a big elevated solarium to enjoy extra space. The snack bar at the pool is closed due to change of ownership and it is not clear when it will re-open (it may not be open for the summer 2022). Other things to note Please note that while the property offers an amazing seaview, it is on a hill and the stairs mean that this is not an ideal apartment for young families with prams or persons/elderly with walking difficulties. The lift does not go all the way to the flat. You should expect to walk up the equivalent of 3 floors, but the view more than compensates for that in our opinion. Registration details 824801005
