Other things to note Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest. Surveillance - We have a Ring security camera by the front door. This device records audio and video 24/7. Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house. Please take note of our cancelation policy.
