Located on the outskirts of the center of Balchik, Villa Ovidius is a large and luxourious 3 - storey villa with 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens, 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a gym and balconies on the first and second floors overlooking the sea. In the private rose garden backyard, where you have great sea views just from ground level, there is a private swimming pool with terraces and a patio area to barbecue with the whole family. The space On the low-traffic street level there is a gym and garage (at this moment not in use) with seperate entrances. There is a small stairway leading to the front door on the first floor. On the side of the villa there is a gated courtyard with room to park one car. On the first floor, which is on the ground level of the backyard, you enter into a huge living room with a large open kitchen, a toilet and 1 bedroom (with 2 single beds) with en-suite bathroom. The couch in the living room can be converted into a single bed. There is a large fully-glazed stairways/gallery connecting all the floors. The gallery has a seperate side door leading to the courtyard. On the second floor there is an hallway with toilet, living room with large open kitchen and 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x 2 single beds) with en-suite private bathrooms. The couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed (130 cm wide). On the south side there is a full-length balcony, which can be reached by the living room and the 2 south-facing bedrooms. On the third floor there is an hallway with toilet, large living room / game room with an open kitchen and 2 bedrooms (2x double bed) with en-suite private bathrooms. All livingrooms and bedrooms are equiped with inverter airconditionings to get the optimal indoor living climate at all times. Each floor of the house could be used as a seperate appartment if that's preferred. Each floor has its own lockable access door. The south-facing backyard can be accessed from the courtyard and the living room and bedroom on the first floor. In the backyard, behind the courtyard, is the swimming pool surrounded with a large terrace to enjoy the sun. There is a sandbox for the little ones to play around. On the side of the house there is a pergula (covered with grapes) with tables to seat the whole family to enjoy diner outside. Barbecues are provided (1x gas, 1x electric). There are beautiful panoramic sea views on ALL levels and in EACH room of the villa, even straight from the backyard. From there you can enjoy the black sea and the bays and lights from the Albena and Golden Sands resorts. Guest access In front of the villa are parking spaces for 3 cars. There is a remote-controlled garage with room for one car (currently unavailable) and on the side of the villa there's a gated courtyard with room to park another car. Should that not suffice there is a small parking space at the end of the street, just 50 meters away, or a large free parking space at the hospital, which is 125 meters from the villa. The villa has a frontdoor leading to the primairy living room on the first floor. There is a seperate side door from the courtyard leading to the stairways/galery. Please note that because of renovations the garage is currently not in use. Other things to note Villa Ovidius is at a perfect location. It's just 75 meters from the main road through Balchik city in a very low-volume street and still just 550 meters from the sea and its cosy promenade with shops, bars and restaurants.
