3 Bed Charming Spanish House in the middle of the village of La Cala de Mijas. This is one of the original houses in the village. It is ideally located in the street behind the hotel Carmen, just off the main street. The entrance to the house is on a quiet pedestrian street. The beach is 100 metres away - a 1 minute walk. Private Terrace at Front + Back + Upstairs. Air Con, Sky + Satellite TV Channels, 20mb speed Fiber Optic, Wifi Central Location = No Taxi´s or Rental Cars Needed! Air Con The space The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the 1st floor which is accessed using stairs located in the back terrace. Each bedroom has a 2 single beds in it. The beds can be pushed together to make into Super King Size. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has all usual appliances in it. TV & Internet The living room has a LCD TV with all the Sky Channels including all the Sports, Movies, Kids and Box Set Channels. There are lots of different International Channels - Irish, English, German, Dutch, Polish, French, Italian etc ( please ask if there are specific channels you are interested in). The house has fiber optic internet which provides the house with speeds of 40mb. This will mean high speed wifi in the house. Kids: We have a travel cot, sterilisers, baby bouncer, child seats for meal time, child seats for cars if needed. Guest access We have a Private front terrace which has a table and some chairs To the rear we have a private terrace which has a 6 seater table and chairs. On the 1st floor there are some sun beds for laying out on to catch a few rays. The house can also be accessed by a side gate. Other things to note Due to the central location of the house you don´t need to hire a car. You can get a train, bus or taxi from the airport. Once you get to the house you won't need transport to and from La Cala. The beach, bus stops, restaurants, pubs, shops ( Mercadona, Supersol are a 2 minute walk, and we have a trolly with wheels on it to bring your shopping home in) are all in walking distance. This means you can relax, have a few glasses of wine with your dinner and then walk home - no need for taxi´s its just a lovely little Spanish house!
