Dragonfly Barn holiday accommodation in Kerikeri set in 10 acres. NO TRADES PEOPLE - The main barn 2 x Bedrooms sleeps up to 4 guests . A SMALLER UNIT for 2 more guests & bathroom is EXTRA COST $75 per guest per night. Book 6 for whole place. Decorated to a very high standard, fully furnished, polished concrete floors, fully fitted kitchen, wood burner, Bathroom showers, heated towel rails, toilets, basins. All fully insulated, double glazed, wrap around veranda, outside seating, parking area. The space NO TRADES PEOPLE - A new build in 2019 set in stunning rural surroundings, just 5 minutes from Kerikeri Town & the Bay Of Islands Airport. Dragonfly barn opened up in October 2019 You will find on arrival a lock box, lighting if you arrive in the dark. All beds are King size including all 4 singles, for added outside enjoyment a BBQ is provided, along with dining / seating , enjoy a drink while sat outside listening to the Kiwis down in the bush, you can also access a small walking track down into the bush, we are set in 10 acres with stunning views yet so close to all local amenities. Please be aware we have a very large pond on site Please respect the privacy of this beautiful area and we ask for no drone usage / flying while staying with us. Guest access Dragonfly Barn main dwelling caters for up to 4 guests in the main barn at the nightly rate - you have the main barn with all its facilities at this nightly rate. We can also cater for 2 more guests by using the smaller unit at the side , this has its own bathroom too, THIS SMALLER UNIT IS AN ADDED COST OF $75 PER GUEST PER NIGHT WHEN BOOKING. You need to book for 5 or 6 guests to get this extra unit & beds are allocated to 5th or 6th guests . Can be booked for business colleagues if each guests would like their own bedroom - just ask Tracey on an enquiry Other things to note We have available if needed , some Safety Rails for young children that can easily be fitted under the mattresses - also a High Chair & Travel Cot please just ask on your booking / arrival if you need them. Also we would like to reassure our guests we are taking extra steps with our cleaning & sanitizing at Dragonfly Barn after each booking - We will carry on with blocking out extra times in between each stay to not only cater for our extra work but to have the place empty for a while in between guests.
