De Witte Merel is a typical North Sea cottage tastefully furnished with a new kitchen and bathroom in spring 2026. The outdoor space is spread over two beautiful terraces to enjoy the sun, including one sheltered from the wind, and a pleasant fully fenced garden including a cottage and a children's tray. The space The ground floor is composed of: - a pleasant living room (smart-TV with scarlet decoder and baffle sonos) with a beautiful decorative fireplace (which unfortunately does not work) and adjoining dining room (baby chair) - an open kitchen equipped and renovated in March 2026 (microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven) - wide entrance hall with lots of storage spaces - a first bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and its bathroom (accessible to people with reduced mobility) - a separate toilet The first floor is composed of: - a master bedroom with double bed (180 cm) - a children's room with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) with some games and books. Five adult bikes (bikes are old but can be used to go to the beach) are available as well as a child bike (for a child +/- 4 to 7 years old) and a child seat. Outside: - two beautiful terraces to enjoy the sun almost all day, including one sheltered from the wind with a picnic table for 8-10 people and a second with outdoor lounge, ideal for aperitifs. - a pleasant garden.
