There are bedrooms that host 4 persons, a living room､ a dining-room, toilets that separated from the shower room (please note we only have one shower room) and a parking lot. The House is over 100 square meters｡ The second floor is an open space with integrated living room，dining room and kitchen. It is a fusion of simple Japanese style and modern Japanese style. Equipped with 75-inch 4K HDTV, high-power air conditioner, air purifier and humidifier, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, rice cooker , dish washerand electrical pot as well as high-grade solid wood table and chairs. The high-designed roof allows the sun to enter the room, you can fully enjoy your time quietly. Whether you are dining or relaxing in the room, the generous space will make you feel at home. There are 2 restrooms and one spacious shower room. We have prepared shampoo､hair conditioner､Bath foam､ hair dryer and clean towels. There is a detergent and a washer for your use. Feel free to use the bathtub and you can even watch the TV during the bath! Guest access All spaces belongs to you Other things to note ★　Only the number of people who have made a reservation can check in. If additional people stay without prior approval, additional charges may apply or all of your group may all be evicted. Thank you for your understanding. ★　If you have any visitor, please kindly have him/her leave before 0:00 AM, otherwise he/she will be regarded as starting without reservation, additional charge will apply or all of your group may be evicted. ★　The house has a restrict NO-SMOKING rule. Since Smoking will trigger the smoke alarm in the room, In avoid of legal sanctions, this house is fully restricted to NO-Smoking Area. In case of violation of the relevant regulations, we will charge a smoking fine and a deodorization project fee. ★ Please take care of our house and use the amenities properly. If there’s fire accident triggered by guests due to smoking or improper use of the amenities, charge your phone or battery while no one is in the room, you will be responsible for all the cost for reimbursing the direct and indirect loss of the owner. ★　Do not hold any Party in the room. Please do not wash the clothes in a late time. Since we are in a quiet community, please kindly lower your voice after 10:00 PM to keep all of us in a comfortable rest environment. ★ Check out time is 10:00 AM. Please restrict to the check-out time. Since we have to pay the cleaner by time, delay of checking out will cost you extra fees. If you want to check-out lately, please kindly inform us in advance. ★　Please use all kinds of electrical appliances in the room properly.
