Location The apartment is in a residential area near the city centre. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is about 1000 m from La Vie Shopping Centre and 1600 meters from Marina of Funchal. The apartment has easy pedestrian access to city centre, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads. Remarks There is a road nearby, and as such there may be traffic noise, which is attenuated by closing the windows. We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate. Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels. The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person. Conditions 1.
