Located overlooking Matarangi Golf Course's & private lake with two decks, this is a great spot to watch the sun come up with a coffee, and too finish the evenings as the sun sets across the Coromandel range with a nice glass of something! A short stroll to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Matarangi beach. Cafe, Four Square Supermarket & Fish'n'chip shop a short stroll too. The space Our modern villa has a great open plan kitchen and living room with bi-folding doors out onto the deck overlooking the lake, Coromandel ranges and the golf course. The kitchen has an oven, stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Three bedrooms set up with as 1x King bedroom, 1x queen bedroom and bedroom with two singles comfortably sleep 6 people. A bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and double basin. And a second toilet basin is available. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Fibre Internet connection is available with unlimited internet access. Vodafone TV has live and on-demand TV on a 42" TV in the lounge plus access to Netflix.
