The house consists of a large eat-in kitchen with a wood-burning stove for a cozy atmosphere. The living room has a second fireplace for evenings by the fire. A large bedroom is located on the ground floor, in the continuity of the living room (please note that there are three steps between the living room and the bedroom). A staircase leads to a master bedroom with shower and toilet, then 2 other bedrooms as well as 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet. This former farmhouse is conveniently located for visiting the medieval town of Dinan (10 minutes), enjoying oysters in Cancale, or strolling through the town of Saint-Malo (30 minutes).
