It also has a closed garage for one or two cars with table tennis, outdoor parking area for two other cars and storage room. The house, divided into 3 floors, has on the ground floor a large kitchen, a toilet, cleaning room and a service room with private bathroom. There are also leisure areas, lounge-library and glazed sun room, and a large dining room. On the first floor, it has five of the bedrooms. Three of them have a built-in bathroom, and the other two share a beautiful bathroom. All bathrooms have a whirlpool column. On the second floor we found two bedrooms that share a large bathroom. The wooden ceiling of these bedrooms and their windows with great views make them especially welcoming. The bathroom, of 12 m2, has a large bathtub. To make your stay more comfortable, all the bedrooms have spacious and functional built-in wooden cabinets. There is WiFi throughout the house and garden. In case of people with mobility problems, another room room could be rented on the ground floor, with walk-in closet and full bathroom with double sink and shower with sauna and hydromassage. The cost of this room is 120€ night and must be requested in advance well in advance. Bedrooms detail: On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a 90 cm bed and a built-in bathroom. On the first floor there are five bedrooms: a bedroom with a 1.35 m bed, travel cot and built-in bathroom; a bedroom with a 1.10 m bed and single bathroom; a bedroom with 2 beds of 1.05 m and built-in bathroom; and two other rooms with two beds each of 1.05 m that share a beautiful bathroom next to them. All bathrooms on this floor have a jacuzzi column. On the second floor there are two bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two 90 cm beds. They share a large bathroom located between the two. The beds have 20cm memory mattresses and pillows. The house has an enclosed garage for one or two cars and a storage room; private parking area for two other cars. We suggest you please read the house rules of utilization. Other things to note It is located next to the Citadel, a five-minute walk from Jaca Cathedral, the nerve center of its historic center. It allows you to enjoy the cultural and gastronomic offer of Jaca without the need for a car. Jaca is a town near the ski resorts of Formigal, Panticosa, Astún, and Candanchú. Its microclimate makes this small town one of the most sunny ones in all of Spain. Nestled in the Oscense Pyrenees allows quick access to the Ordesa natural park. Quiet city with an extraordinary offer of bars, restaurants, shops and nature related activities such as rafting, canyons, hiking, mountaineering, climbing, winter sports, etc. In winter it is ideal for enjoying the sun and the leisure trade on days when you don't go skiing or mountaining. For more than six months you can enjoy the private indoor pool and garden with its large BBQ for outdoor meals.
