The 650 m2 single house has a garden area of another 600 m2 that includes a private (indoor) 5x10 m pool, barbecue and gym. It also has a closed garage for one or two cars with ping-pong, outdoor parking area for two other cars and storage room. The house, divided into 3 floors, has a large kitchen, a toilet, a cleaning room and a service room with a private bathroom on the ground floor. There are also leisure areas, a living room-library and a glazed sun room, and a large dining room. On the first floor, it has five of the bedrooms. Three of them have a built-in bathroom and the other two share a beautiful bathroom. All bathrooms have a whirlpool column. On the second floor, we find two bedrooms that share a large bathroom. The wooden ceiling of these bedrooms and their windows with great views make them especially cozy. The 12 m2 bathroom has a large bathtub. To make your stay more comfortable, all bedrooms feature spacious and functional wooden built-in closets. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house and garden. For guests with mobility issues, another room could be rented on the ground floor, with a dressing room and a full bathroom with a double sink and a shower with a sauna and hydromassage. The cost of this room is €120 per night and must be requested well in advance. On the first floor there are five bedrooms: a bedroom with a 1.35 m bed, travel crib and an en-suite bathroom; a bedroom with a 1.10 m bed and a single bathroom; a bedroom with 2 beds of 1.05 m and an en-suite bathroom; and two other rooms with two beds each of 1.05 m that share a beautiful bathroom next to them. All bathrooms on this floor have a whirlpool column. The second floor has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two 90 cm beds. They share a large bathroom located between the two. The beds have 20 cm memory foam mattresses and pillows. The house has a closed garage for one or two cars and a storage room; a private parking area for two other cars. We suggest that you please read the house rules.
