It offers two double rooms and a sofa bed in the living room, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is only accessible from the outside of the house), a large air-conditioned living area with an open kitchen including an oven, a covered outdoor terrace with some sea views, and a large, enclosed garden with plenty of space and a nice stone barbecue area. A small pool (approx. 5.50 x 2.50 meters, approx. 1.25 meters deep) offers cooling and fun for the whole family. The house, pool and garden are private for your exclusive use. The house is located in Pescoluse, a small town on the Ionian coast of Salento. The sandy beach is less than 1 km away and can also be reached on foot. There are several shops, restaurants and cafes in the village, so you don't necessarily need a car for everyday life. Many sports activities are possible in the area (cycling, hiking, sailing, renting a boat, fishing, etc.). The best way to explore the sea caves of the southernmost tip of Apulia is by boat from Santa Maria di Leuca (15 minutes away by car). The towns of Gallipoli, Galatina, Otranto, Lecce with their historical town centres can be reached within 25-60 minutes by car. Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person. Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure. Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request. We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage. Electricity costs (and thus where applicable Ac, hot water, heating etc.) are Not included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption.
