This comfortable new house is located in Pont l'Abbé d'Arnoult, in the center of all the tourist sites of Charente-Maritime, less than 20 minutes from Rochefort or Saintes, 1/2 hour from Royan or Oléron. In this pretty authentic village, you will find all amenities, within walking distance (2 supermarkets, 3 restaurants, bakeries, butcher shop, pharmacy...). And to entertain you, cinema, swimming pool, weekly market, monthly fair... The space ALL THE COMFORT FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY: this new house is perfectly equipped, including air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and all the small appliances... A fenced 400 m² exterior allowing to park 2 to 3 cars, with 2 terraces, tables, chairs, barbecue... Guest access The house is easy to find even if the subdivision does not yet appear in the GPS and you will park easily on the land or just in front. Other things to note Linens and towels provided, beds made upon arrival. Rental is only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, during the school holidays, except for exceptions to be discussed directly with Serge & Corine.
