Uneek Coastal Living is in the Yilki district of Encounter Bay and just two streets back from the beach and cafes. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house can accommodate 6 people. We supply all linen, bath towels and mats. We have a large range of dvd’s and some games. The space This architecturally designed house is on a single level and will make for a wonderful relaxing holiday. The main and second bedroom have queen size beds, the second bedroom has a smart tv and third bedroom has a king single and trundle, that can turn in to a king size bed. Living room has 3 sofas, smart tv, internet. Fully equipped kitchen has a oven, dishwasher, microwave and double fridge with ice dispenser. The house is Wheelchair accessible including shower. There are a range of games and DVD's for kids both big and small. Park with a playground within a minute walk. Lovely courtyards back area has table and chairs, barbecue which can all be enclosed in cold weather. Your pets can sleep in attached garage or fenced back area. We would like to know if your bringing your pet maximum 2 dogs. Guest access The whole house is yours with a garage and parking in front. Other things to note We supply all bedding, towels and use of pantry items at no extra cost. We have a dogs bed and bowl and lead.
