It is a beautiful 130 sqm tavern, completely renovated, tastefully and elegantly furnished combining modernity and technology, as well as the latest construction techniques, with a style and inspiration that is clearly retro vintage & industrial. It is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, for a vacation that we will help make unforgettable. THE HOUSE'S STRONG POINTS ARE: - parking for cars in the street adjacent to the house is safe, free and always available. Indoor and guarded parking for bikes or motorcycles. This is a great advantage given the difficulty of finding a parking space in Bari and the high costs (even €2/hour) - This house enjoys an ideal strategic position for reaching Bari (just 5 km away), the center of Valenzano (a short walk) full of bars, cafes, supermarkets (LIDL and Penny Market a short walk away open 7 days a week), pharmacies, shops, restaurants, etc. as well as the most attractive places in Puglia and neighboring areas such as Alberobello, Polignano, Monopoli, Valle d'Itria, Trani, Matera, Castel del Monte, Ostuni and Locorotondo, the Castellana Caves etc. - Well served and connected to Bari thanks to public transport: FSE bus stop (Southeast Railways) for Bari city center and train station (average journey 20 min.) just 50 meters away; bus stop no. 4 for Bari city center 400 meters away (average journey 30 min.); Valenzano train station for Bari 15 min. walk. Also near our house are all the most important junctions of the road directives for both the North of Bari and the South. - The house is located in the center of important technological and university centers (Tecnopolis just 3 km away, the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute 400 meters away, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Bari just 2.5 km away). It is also easily reachable in 5 minutes by car to the Bari GIovanni XXIII Pediatric Hospital as well as the only Ikea in Puglia. - KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped and brand new. It includes everything you need to prepare excellent lunches and dinners (pots, pans, 4-burner gas stove, ventilated oven and microwave, hood, American fridge with freezer, sink, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, mocha, etc., as well as dishes, cutlery and glasses, breakfast cups and more. There is also a practical snack top for breakfast or a quick snack. You don't have to worry about a thing. - BEDROOMS The house has 2 double bedrooms including nightstands, lights, double pillows, latest generation mattresses, duvets, hangers for 2 people, mirror and a useful worktop to work with your own computer, or simply to place your own things. One of the 2 bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom. Ceiling fans, electric curtains and shutters as well as the latest generation of fixtures with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation contribute to an optimal quality of sleep. The third bedroom has 2 single beds with hangers and drawers to store everything you need. - BATHROOMS As mentioned, a bathroom is located inside the first bedroom. Spacious and functional, it includes toilet and bidet, sink, mirror and a beautiful latest-style shower cabin with hand shower, hydro-jets and vertical jet plus a practical dispenser to provide hand soap, shower gel and shampoo of excellent quality for our guests. The second bathroom, even larger and more functional, features a suspended toilet and bidet, a mirror with integrated LEDs, a beautiful corian sink and a very spacious shower cabin with hydrojets, vertical jet and hand shower. Here too, as in the previous one, dispensers with hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and 2 hairdryers complete the very rich equipment of these bathrooms. - LIVING AREA The heart of the house, a bright and welcoming open space of considerable size (about 60 square meters), amazes with its very "New York" vintage and industrial furnishings, its bright contrasting colors and the many retro decorative elements and pop art paintings on the walls. It includes 2 large and comfortable leather sofas (2 meters long), hangers, a large wooden and metal 6-seater table, a well-stocked bookcase full of books and tourist guides, and a practical console for working on the computer. LED lighting throughout the house. - SUN TERRACE Surrounded by greenery and beautiful flowers, it has a comfortable sofa with an attached table and a comfortable wooden table with 6 chairs to enjoy an intimate candlelit dinner or a cheerful evening with friends. There is also a large and comfortable umbrella to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day and stay outdoors even during the day. Illuminated by LED lights and step lights, it is a comfortable space to spend cool Apulian summer evenings in company.
