The area is unique and famous for its architecture, full of little bars and restaurants, and at only 10 minutes on foot from the train station Antwerpen-Berchem. The place is easily connected by public transport with the center and other tourist areas. The space Our Attic/Suite of around 35 square meter is an intimate and cosy place, with original wooden roof beams. It is situated on the third floor of our house, built in neo-flemish-renaissance style with a red brick façade, and is reachable through the common internal stairway. The automatically closing and fireproof door guarantees your privacy. The room is completely furnished and well illuminated, and has a double bed with luxury comfortable mattress. Furthermore, a wooden staircase leads to a little mezzanine with a small double mattress, perfect for a child or youngster. There is a kitchen area with microwave (following the official fire security rules there is no oven or cooking pit), Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, fridge and small wash basin. Dining table with 3 chairs, and seating area with sofa. Television and free WiFi. Private bathroom with shower.
