Our lovely 2 bedroom, air-conditioned home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth. Built in 2016, fully self contained home, direct access to shared pool through pool gate in back garden. Beautiful modern kitchen with large breakfast bar and 4 stools. The space Property description Our lovely 2 bedroom, air-conditioned home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth. Kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious lounge area, outdoor covered patio area with table and 4 chairs, BBQ, swimming pool (solar heated and with solar blanket), makes this an ideal retreat for couples and small families. The home (completed in 2016), has been furnished to a high standard to make your stay in Perth as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Attached to our home, Sunrise Retreat is a completely self contained with access to our stunning sparkling pool which is shared with our family and our guests(we have an additional holiday home on site). We have aggregate and synthetic grass around the pool area. Further details indoors Benefiting from evaporative air conditioning throughout the home, the lounge area has two quality sofas, coffee tables, gas heater for winter, digital television(with chrome cast) and dvd player. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards, worktops, breakfast bar with stools, splash backs, fan oven and grill, ceramic hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, (and additional fridge freezer and washing machine in shared garage space), kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with individual bedside lights and cabinets, and large wardrobes. Bedroom two is fitted with two single beds, complete with bedside light and cabinet/table and built in wardrobe. An additional portacot is available and a camp bed if there are 5 of you. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin with large mirror, cabinet and toilet. Sliding glass patio doors lead from the main bedroom to a patio area with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the enclosed pool area. For your safety smoke alarms have been installed. About the area Destination Sunrise Retreat is situated on a large block only a short distance (3km) from Wanneroo Central shopping centre, public library, restaurants and coffee shops. Much appreciated. Also please be aware we have a very gentle friendly non allergy doggie who we often run around on the large grassed areas with. He likes to say hello if people are nearby but doesn't jump up. Please mention on your enquiry if you don't like dogs so we can accommodate more easily.
