Modern house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, roof terrace with hot tube Tyche Suite is a modern design house located in one of the ancient neighborhood of Castellammare del Golfo. The house takes its name from the Greek Godness of Fortune and from the old name of the road where the house is located. The house is built on 3 floors. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The room with its modern style is particulary bright thanks to the big glass windows and the total white furniture.The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay as comfortable ad possible (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, automatic coffee machine).In the living room there is a sofa that gives a touch of color to the room, a 43 inch flat screen smart tv, a/c and a small library with some foreign languages books. From this room you access a small covered terrace with a small table and two chairs. Here if you want you can have breakfast.All the rooms are made with a special attention to details.You reach the second floor through a special iron staircase characherized by a photo gallery. On the second floor you find the sleeping area made up of one spacious double bedroom with window, one twin bedroom with balcony and a spacious bathroom with shower. On the third floor there is a further double bedroom. This room has an eco design. The bed has been created using old pallets. All room are airconditioned. From this room you access the sea view roof terrace where a lovely jacuzzi is located. The terrace is equipped also with sun beds, umbrella, dining table and bbq. Tyche has also a free wifi. Tyche is the ideal solution for those who want to rest in a comfortable location just close to the beach, stores and the city center. 600 mt away from the house you find the beach of Petrolo. The bus station is 300mt away. Here you can take the bus from Palermo, Trapani and San Vito Lo Capo. During the summer there is a local bus for the gold sandy beach of Castellammare (just 2 km away). Within walking distance you can reach the harbour with its typical coffe bars and restaurants but also the historical centre that during the night is close to the traffic. The house is private, for the sole use of guests. I don't live there but I'll be at your disposal during your stay. The bus station is 300mt away. Here you can take the bus from Palermo, Trapani and San Vito Lo Capo. During the summer there is a local bus that goes (every 30min) to the gold sandy beach of Castellammare (just 2 km away). The payment is collected from Airbnb. Children under 12 yo and adults over 75 yo are exempt from the payment. In case of exemption you will get the refund directly on your Airbnb account. - According to Italian law all guests are required to show a valid id cards/passports at check-in
