Located on the Bray-Dunes dike (Opal Coast), this very bright 65 m² apartment offers all the comforts of a vacation rental. With its two bedrooms (one facing the sea with balcony) this rental is ideal for 4 people. Close to all shops on foot (bakery, restaurants, press, fish market, Carrefour contact). Individual garage enclosed in a closed courtyard (one car). The space Sea view living room with sofa, 40"TV, WiFi. One sea-view bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). A bedroom with two single beds (90x200). Separate toilet + bathroom with shower+ washing machine. Independent equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso, kettle, ceramic glass plates). Optional sheets and linens Crib upon request. Guest access You will be greeted by Andrée Guery. You will contact her at least two days before your arrival for the key handover. Before you leave, I kindly ask that you tidy up and clean the apartment at a minimum. This will allow me to reduce the waiting time for newcomers. -Form your dishes, - Empty your trash, - Clean the refrigerator, even if you leave food in it to be collected, - Vacuum. Thank you in advance for the effort you will make during the last part of your vacation. Other things to note Located on the top floor, without an elevator, you will enjoy 180° views of the beach and sea with beautiful sunsets. Avoid putting your towels full of sand in the washing machine, it doesn't like that at all. For the well-being of future vacationers, thank you for letting me know about any breakdowns and breakages. Before you leave, I kindly ask you to tidy up and clean the apartment a minimum.
