Luxurious gite in beautiful, quiet rural surroundings converted in 2018. Spacious accommodation & modern facilities. Private terrace with seating & bbq with large gardens & 10m x 5m in ground pool. On the Loire/Vienne border near Futuroscope, Loire Valley Chateaux, Vineyards of Saumur & Chinon, historic towns of Poitiers, Tours & Richelieu. The characterful cottage offers historic interest including stone floors, oak beams, indoor well with safety glass, vaulted ceilings & lime washed walls. The space La Maison du Puits has two first floor bedrooms with wardrobes and one with en suite shower room and extra large bed, bedroom 2 has three single beds. On the ground floor there is a further bedroom with an extra large bed, kitchen/dining room with covered well, sitting room with comfortable sofas and television with french and english channels and a bathroom off the main stone staircase. Bed linen and towels are included in this rental. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire gite and to the communal gardens and swimming pool. There is undercover parking for all guests. We have a games room with pool table, football table, darts board, toys and games plus dressing up for children. Other things to note There are two more gites on the site one with two bedrooms and the other with three bedrooms. These are available for hire separately or together. The communal facilities of the swimming pool, games room and large lawned gardens are available to all guests.
