2006 built 3.5 room loft apartment for 4 people in independent part of the house. The house is located in the old village center of Guasti. Quietly located, private space right in front of the house, traffic-free. Large living room, fireplace, sofa corner, modern kitchen. Gallery with sofa + TV. Two separate bedrooms with double beds. En-suite bathroom with Shower, Washbasin. 2 WC. Shared use of pool in our neighboring house. Ping-pong, foosball, BBQ. The space The property has been owned by the Negri family for 3 generations. In 2006, the loft and the adjacent house were completely renovated and equipped with all modern comforts. Top furnished kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, TV and Wi-Fi. The original character of the buildings has been retained. The surroundings have also been redesigned with a large paved forecourt, which is available to our vacation guests. On the forecourt, there is a table, chairs, umbrella and gas grill. Guasti is set back from the road, quiet and traffic-free. Covered parking is a few steps from the house. Lugano with many cultural offerings can be reached in 15 minutes by car, Ponte Tresa with its Italian market and flair in 10 minutes by car. Milan can be reached in 90 minutes by car. Guest access In the nearby neighboring property (about 150 m), the pool in the romantic garden is available for our guests to share. A table tennis table can also be used. Foosball is in the apartment. Large gas grill in the square in front of the house. Other things to note Lugano with many cultural offerings can be reached in 15 minutes by car, shopping in Foxtown in Mendrisio, Ponte Tresa (Italy) with its Italian market and flair in 10 minutes by car. Milano can be reached in 90 minutes by car.
