Your holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet vacation rental complex, just a 10-minute walk from the Weissensee with free use of the beach, and in the district of Schwarzenbach. In the apartment you will find a spacious living room/ dining room with a sofa bed, cable TV and Wi-Fi (Internet). In the back is the separated sleeping area with two single beds (one 1.10 x 2m, the other 0.8 x 2m). The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, oven, coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dishes for four and much more. The apartment is rounded off with a bathroom with toilet, walk-in rain shower with handheld shower. Sheets, towels, sauna/ bath towel and hue will be provided. The apartment is heated via central heating with radiators in all rooms. On the balcony with awning you can enjoy the sun. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, which also takes you directly to the basement to the indoor swimming pool, the sauna area with relaxation room, fresh air area and plunge pool, the gym with various sports equipment and the table tennis room. Another sauna for private use (booking through the caretaker) will also be available. In the house there is also a roof terrace/ conservatory with a view of the surrounding mountains and the Weissensee as well as in the green area a tennis court, mini golf course, barbecue area and a playground available free of charge. You can park your car directly in front of the complex on a reserved parking space, (underground parking on request, for a fee). In addition, there is a tourist tax per person per day of 2.5 Eur.
