Situated on top of the crest overlooking the expansive sea views from the front of this spacious house , and then looking from the lounge, across the large deck westward over the rolling farmland to the mountains beyond. This luxury home has it all when endless views count ! Mangawhai Heads beach is just down the hill, and the township, shops and cafes are only a couple of minutes away. Would best suit six adults and up to five children in luxury for an amazing coastal getaway The space Large open plan kitchen, lounge, and decks Plenty of off street parking for multiple cars and even bring the boat! The boat ramp is just down the hill Guest access All of the property access for guests Electronic digital access on front door Other things to note Linen and Bedding Linen and towels are NOT included in the tariff but are available as an optional extra at $25 per person, so if you wish us to prepare it for you, please mention in your booking comments and we will make a manual adjustment. Please note that due to the nature of our accommodation service we do not provide a maid service. **When requesting linen, please be specific, as to which beds are to be made up before arrival (a floor plan can be sent for conformation) **Otherwise please bring your own top & bottom sheets, pillow cases, and towels. All beds and pillows are fitted with protectors, for health and peace of mind. There are also another queen bed now in the garage for overflow if needed. This also makes a great day bed, with the cool breeze on those hot days. ** Please note floor plan/bed layout to ensure that it suits your group** This property is new to Air B&B and we are excited to welcome our new guests Here's a few previous guest reviews... Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Such a great large space for our big family. This bach was well equipped with everything we needed and more. It is so thoughtfully set up with families and large groups in mind. So many amenities and little extras that were very well received by us. The 360 degree views were just stunning, sitting out on the deck to catch the sunset was just breath taking. The communication with the host was seamless from start to finish. Andrew touched base before our stay to make sure we were all set. He also checked in to make sure we settled in well, which we had indeed thanks to the well written Guest Manual. The location of this bach was also perfect, only minutes away from Mangawhai beach and the town centre for shops, cafes etc. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay in Mangawhai, this will be perfect! Highly recommend. Date of arrival - 18 March 2021 For 6 adults and 2 children getting together after being apart for 3 years this house was terrific. Spacious and sparkling clean it had plenty of room for us all plus separate areas to get away from each other if necessary. We loved the outdoor area and the views on both sides were spectacular. Thoroughly recommend it for family get togethers - Mangawhai is a wonderful place for kids and adults. Date of arrival - 2 May 2022
