Rockley Cottage, close to Eden project and Fowey.

Rockley Cottage is set in a tiny, peaceful, rural hamlet of Redmoor, just 5mins drive from Lanlivery and the Crown Inn. The famous Eden project is a 15min car drive, 20mins will get you to Fowey or Charlestown. Just 10 mins away the fabulous Llanhydrock House, with on-site cycle tracks and cycle lanes to link up with the Camel trail. Within 40mins you can be in the south coastal villages of Looe, Polperro, Pentewan and Mevagissy Or on the north coast at Newquay, Padstow, Rock or Polzeath. The space Rockley Cottage was completely refurbished in 2019 and comprises of the following : fully equipped Kitchen with full gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Crockery, Cutlery, Pots and pans and all the utensils you require for self catering. There is a dinning area containing a table and chairs with a view out over the garden. There is a lounge area with 2 sofas, Smart TV with the common built-in apps, side tables and lamps. The streaming for both TV and music is done through our fibre broadband giving speeds in excess of 30mbps. A door takes you through to the main entrance hallway, where there is a downstairs toilet and stairs leading to the upper floor. Upstairs the bedroom has a 5ft bed, bedside lamps and a chest of drawers, there is also an area for hanging clothes. The bedroom is en-suite comprising a toilet, basin and shower. Gas central heating throughout and hot water supplied by a gas combi boiler. Outside is level and flat,there is also a step up to a decked area where there is a table and seats. Guest access The cottage is self contained so you will have full access to the whole building. For the outside space you have full access to the concreted patio area which runs along the back wall, down the side of the cottage and partially along the front. You can also use the grassed area to the side of the cottage, but the use of this may not be exclusive as this is soemtimes the route i take to get to the back garden. Other things to note For those who like to enjoy the outdoors the Redmoor nature reserve is a couple of hundred metres away so there is plenty of birdsong. The Saints way is only and 20 mins walk away, with Fowey to the South and Padstow to the north.
