Le Clos des Tempêtes, house with closed garage

Le Clos des Tempêtes, a traditional building renovated in 2020, whose quality was awarded the Fondation du Patrimoine label, is a 3-star accommodation, ideally located in the heart of Étretat, a few meters from the beach and shops. The house has a closed garage (very rare in Etretat). It is equipped to allow you a relaxing stay. Whether you're coming for a vacation, or telecommuting, enjoy the multiple amenities during your stay. The space The garage is 4.9 meters deep and 2 meters high. It must be closed at all times. Cars must not park in the cul-de-sac. A courtyard is available. It is shared between the accommodation and our house which is at the back of the courtyard. On the ground floor, you enter the kitchen ideally equipped for cooking (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner induction stove, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). At the back of the kitchen, a closet with a washing machine and everything you need for cleaning. On the first floor, you first have access to a living/sleeping area with a TV (125 cm diagonal and access to nearly 200 channels), Wi-Fi, a desk, a coffee table, and a pull-out sofa bed that, once deployed, allows you to sleep in a king-size bed (180 cm wide). Two steps down to access, on the right, a large bedroom with a King-Size bed (180 cm wide). On the left, separate toilets and at the back a bathroom with a very spacious shower. Warning for young children, the staircase is not secured with a barrier. It is forbidden to throw wipes, sanitary napkins, tampons or anything (except toilet paper) into the pipes or toilets because the house is connected to lift pumps. The private cul-de-sac is protected by a chain that must be replaced after each passage to preserve the safety and tranquility of the inhabitants. Linens and towels are provided. Upon checkout, please return the accommodation to normal condition and in particular empty your garbage cans, refrigerator, freezer and wash and put away the dishes. In case of non-compliance, the additional cleaning time will be re-invoiced to you for the time spent. Other things to note For long rentals (more than 14 days), sheets will be changed every 7 days.
