This newly built property has open-plan layout, floor to ceiling windows and seamless blending of indoor and outdoor spaces are drenched in all day sun. The main living area with a gorgeous bespoke kitchen opens out onto a covered veranda and perfectly positioned Jacuzzi with stunning panoramic water views. The house is beautifully furnished and has all the modern requirements of wireless Internet & Sky TV. Upstairs the master suite encapsulates the entire top floor (with walk in wardrobe and ensuite) all with breathtaking north facing endless views.  Downstairs are two further bedrooms, one queen and a single with a trundler which is made up as a twin. Head down to Onetangi Beach or spend your days relaxing at the house enjoying the amazing views or relax in the Jacuzzi and soak up the scenery. Please note that this property has a steep driveway and not all vehicles are suitable for it. Other things to note The property is located at the top of a steep driveway which has plenty of room to turn around. The driveway is sealed & SUV 4WD vehicles have no problem. Some saloon cars have a little trouble coming down the drive due to the steep turn onto Belle Terrace one way system, so drivers must take care at all times
