Residence La Collina is made of two buildings and an apartment closed to the swimming pool. Magnolia apartment is next to the swimming pool and has a wonderful lake view. The flat has 1 double room, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, a wide and bright living room and a wonderful garden with lake view. The space Apartment Mela is at the ground floor of the pink building and it has a partial lake view. It is composed of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a wonderful private garden. Guest access Residence La Collina has many shared areas: panoramic infinity pool, parking area, barbecue area, bike recovery area, playground, game room, garden, and laundry. Other things to note Heating will be charged based on guests consumption at the rate of 0,3 EUR/Kw When temperature gets lower, during low season (LATE OCTOBER - MARCH), pool will always be closed.
