Beach access remains 100% free and direct from inside the condominium (just a few steps from the apartment); only the services offered by the beach pavilion will not be available during this period. • Sports Equipment: The use of the courts is free, but for the rental of balls, kayaks, and bicycles, as well as the use of the gym and sauna, the condominium charges specific fees on site. • Rules of Conduct: To ensure rest for everyone, we request compliance with the condominium's internal rules regarding quiet hours and proper use. Areas for the Exclusive Use of Owners (Not Accessible to Guests): • Condominium Barbecue Area and Gourmet Room: According to Aquaville's internal regulations, the barbecue areas and gourmet room are for the exclusive use of the owners and are not available for rent or use by guests. • Security Camera: There is a surveillance camera located at the entrance/hall leading to the apartment to assist with self check-in and security. • Rules: We do not allow parties/events, cryptocurrency mining, or the charging of electric vehicles on the property. Other things to note Apartment Rules: ​🚫 Parties and Events: Parties, events or gatherings that exceed the stated capacity of the reservation are strictly prohibited. ​⚡ Use of the Electrical Installation: The use of the property for cryptocurrency mining and for charging electric vehicles is prohibited. ​🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. ​🔇 Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., as per the internal regulations of the Aquaville Condominium. ​👥 Capacity and Visitors: Only guests registered in the reservation are authorized to access the property and the community. ​💡 Conscious Use: Please turn off the air-conditioning units and lights when leaving the property. ​​📹 Security Camera in the Entrance Hall: "We have a security/monitoring camera located in the external entryway, directed exclusively at the apartment's access door. The sole purpose of the device is to assist in validating self check-in/check-out and to ensure the safety of guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the apartment or in private areas."
