Country house flair x romance and Lake Starnberg

Stylish, cozy individual and very lovingly furnished apartment with 90 sqm south-east balcony, for up to 3 people ( sofa bed in the living room) on the first floor. The property is located directly on a small piece of forest on a gorge with a stream at the end of a cul-de-sac. Lake Starnberg is within walking distance. Shopping, doctors, hospital. Train station, S-Bahn, restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The space I'll just pass on to you here ... what my guests have said about our apartment so far: It is very quiet here with us, cozy, beautiful and stylishly furnished. The apartment and everything around it is very cozy. My warm welcome is gladly received. Recently, a frequent traveler - Airbnb guest from Paris said it was the most beautiful apartment he had ever lived in... and... and! Other things to note Our service includes upon your arrival: a welcome from me personally, a bottle of wine, mineral water and breakfast (freshly ground coffee, sausage, cheese, jam and toast) for the first morning. I also attach great importance to changing "seasonal decorations"! For longer stays / fresh linens, towels as needed and your own washing machine in the kitchen of the apartment. For a third person, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Behind our house, a large terrace is available to all my guests. Tables, chairs, grill, swing bench, for hearty vespers, grilling, yoga, or simply relaxing! Please, if you are vegetarian or vegan, let me know with breakfast alternative ;)
