Nestled in the heart of a quiet area, this family-friendly, spacious and sunny house benefits from a large garden and a swimming pool. Le Pradet, a small preserved village, is the perfect place for a family vacation or romantic getaway. Year-round entertainment: festivals (mussels, beers), concerts, balls, night markets, plant fairs. For a train arrival, the train station located in the municipality of La Garde is 10 minutes away from Le Pradet. This family-friendly and spacious house of 120 m², on the ground floor, is built on a 475 m² plot. It consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms: two with double beds (1x160 and 1x140) equipped with plenty of storage and closets and one with two single beds. A games room, with a sofa bed. 1 single bed in the dining room. Large windows surround the main room and let you enjoy exceptional brightness all day. Can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen, open plan, is equipped with a dishwasher and all the necessary equipment to simmer good dishes. The loggia, attached to the kitchen, has a washing machine and many appliances: microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, croque monsieur and waffle machine, party pancakes, raclette machine, beverage fridge, steamer. The bathroom has a large bath, electric towel dryer, hair dryer and plenty of storage so you can store your belongings. Enjoy the pool (dimensions 4m x 2m50 with 1m30 deep) with salt (efficient and simple way to disinfect water in an automated way, ecological and economical) that will give you the feeling of swimming in the sea. Preventive safety system for drowning children. Finally, share meals with family or friends on the large sunny terrace equipped with tables, sunbathing, umbrellas... Ideal for lazing, sunbathing and barbecues. The house has an Airzone reversible air conditioning system, noise-free and breathless with the possibility to adjust the temperature, individually, in each of the rooms. Possibility to park the vehicle at the entrance of the house safely but also on the streets of the subdivision (a few free spaces as well as free private parking at the bottom of the subdivision).
