Beachaven (Front) Free WiFi and Kayaks - Ligar Bay

Beachaven Cottages are two self contained cottages at Ligar Bay. This listing is for the FRONT COTTAGE. Just across the road is one of the best beaches in Golden Bay. Four Kayaks - free for guests, unlimited WiFi, close to Abel Tasman National Park, walking tracks, cafes and general store 5 minutes drive. CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT PROVIDED. LINEN CHARGE IS $50 Queen or King width bed (Minimum $50) IF YOU PREFER NOT TO FULLY CLEAN THE COTTAGE ON DEPARTURE WE CAN ARRANGE IT FOR $95. The space We have a maximum of five guests per cottage. This includes infants who will be charged the same as any other additional guest. This may differ from Airbnb pricing. The REAR cottage is a basic, comfortable, functional New Zealand holiday home. It is clean, warm, cozy, well equipt, has comfortable beds and is located in a stunning environment at Ligar Bay. The new kitchen contains all the basics you should need including a full oven with stove top elements, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There is no coffee machine or BBQ. (There are public wood fired BBQ's on the reserve in front of the cottages.) There is free unlimited WiFi for guests. We have four kayaks to share between the cottages. They are sit in type so you shouldn't even get wet. You will have your own washing machine and washing line. Carport great for loading the car during wet weather or keeping bikes and equipment out of the weather and view. There are stairs to both the front and back doors. The beds in the twin bedroom can be zipped together to make a King width bed. Ideal for two couples or use the singles for families. There is parking for one car in the carport and an additional car or small boat on the cottage driveway. The small bathroom contains a shower, handbasin and the washing machine. There is a separate toilet room. - Minimal basic supplies such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper are supplied to get you started. After this you need to supply your own. Guest access Guests have full use of the Cottage, washing facilities and picnic area. The only shared area is the driveway and kayak access. The cottages are separated by a carport and the rear cottage picnic area. They are private from each other. Other things to note YOU NEED TO LEAVE THE COTTAGE FULLY CLEANED, tidy, do the dishes, empty the dishwasher and remove your rubbish. Instructions will be given for this. Generally rubbish, glass and bottles can be dropped at the Takaka or Motueka Recovery Centre which is on your departure route. If you use the bag provided there will be no charge for this. If you would prefer not to clean, we can arrange this for you for an additional $95 but you do still need to remove your rubbish, glass and bottles. YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR LINEN. (Bed sheets, pillow slips, bath and beach towels, bath mat, hand towels, kitchen tea towels) Duvets, extra blankets and pillows are provided. You also need to bring your toiletries, including toilet paper and all food for personal use. Minimal supplies are provided to get you started. If required linen can be supplied for an additional charge of $50 Queensize or King width bed, $25 a single per stay. There is a minimum charge of $50. If it is a short notice booking we can only provide you with a linen pack for two guests using the Queensize bed. Water is tank rain water. During the summer period we can have long dry periods so please conserve water at these times.
