「Shiki」Tidy 2 story-house Outdoor Hot spring

This house can accommodate up to 12 guests, located a 10-minute walk from Yufuin station. It has a private outdoor hot spring bath with a stunning view of Mt Yufu. I rearranged the bedroom downstairs, where I put a foldable low table and a Japanese cushion. Guest access WHOLE HOUSE (NO SHARING THE HOUSE WITH OTHERS) Other things to note For those driving to the house ①If your car has a low vehicle height, please park at a paid car park near the station. (the roads here are hilly) ②Please make sure to park your car at a parking space designated for Iyashi. If you have more than 2 cars, please park at a paid car park. (Please see the PDF file for more details) ※If you are not used to Japanese roads, I advise you park at a paid car park. 【About Using kitchen】 Thank you for staying at my accommodation. Please cooperate that washing used plates, cutlery and other thing that you used and put it back to original place. Thank you for your cooperation. 【About seasoning and Oil】 I didn't prepare any seasonings and oil. 【Towels】 ・One towel/bath towel will be provided for each person. *One ticket per person regardless of the number of nights. Additional services will be charged. ・Face towel: ¥200 ・Bath towel: ¥300 ・Bath towel/face towel set: ¥500/1 set If you wish to do so, please be sure to contact us at least one day before your stay. Requests made on the day will not be accepted. Separate washing machine detergent is available, so please feel free to use it. ★Check-in and check-out ・Check-in:15:00~　*If you might arrive after 18:00, please inform me in advance ・Check-out: ~10:00AM 【How to check-in】 I installed Tablet PC at entrance. You have to check-in with that Tablet PC. Do not disconnect the charging cable of your Tablet PC！ I will send details after confirm reservation, so please check it. ＊All the guests have to check-in with Tablet PC except kids who are under 7 years old. Also Japanese people have to register with Tablet PC. 【If you need cleaning while your stay,I will charge extra cleaning fee.】 ・Before check-in and after check-out, professional cleaning staff will clean the room. ・If you need extra cleaning while your stay, please request me 1 day before check-in date. 【Regarding the number of children and fees】 ・0 to 2 years old kids are free of charge(I don't prepare any Linen). ・3 to 12 years old kids are not free. Same price as adults. ※If children are under 6 years old, please choose infsnt if you don't need any Linen. ※If children who are under 6 years old, and they need Linen, please choose as adult.(I don't prepare any Line for children if you choose infant) ＊There is no NHK tv programme If you have any other questions, please ask me.
