Outdoor area: The garden offers a peaceful and private atmosphere, with a well-kept lawn and a unique triangular-shaped swimming pool (7m x 8m) with Roman steps. The pool can be heated (optional extra – temperature maintained between 26°c and 28°c). Surrounding the pool are spacious terraces and a built-in Bbq, ideal for outdoor meals and gatherings. The villa also features an alarm system for added security.
