The space With five bedrooms and five bathrooms this villa sleeps up to 10 people, so is fantastic for larger groups. Bellbrae’s location is ideal for your Queenstown holiday – close to central Queenstown, privately tucked in the trees and with incredible views of the lake and the iconic Cecil Peak. Close by you have walking and biking trails, skiing, and all the activities and restaurants that central Queenstown has on offer. If you feel like walking into town for your morning coffee, there is a handy walking track that leads from right beside the house and takes you down to the waterfront, for a leisurely walk into town beside the crystal clear, still, morning waters. The modern and stylish house is split over three levels and has two comfortable and spacious living rooms – making it great for families or groups of friends travelling together. The attractive open fireplace is perfect for relaxing beside as you enjoy a cosy après ski wine; or in summer, enjoy the outdoor living areas with substantial decking areas for lounging. The villa’s facilities are great for entertaining too - an outdoor spa, inside sauna, pool table, and a modern kitchen with a butler’s pantry, gives you plenty of room for extended family or a group of friends. Guests often find that this villa is fabulous for having a private chef come over to cook for you. Sitting around the grand kitchen island, you can share drinks and laughs with friends as you watch your chef prepare the evening’s meal, and then easily transition over to the dining table to enjoy your gourmet meal with views of the lake and mountains as the sun goes down.
