The space Both the living room and the two main bedrooms have access to the outdoor terrace. In the living room there is a 55-inch Samsung TV, with 4K resolution and SmartTV. There is a satellite decoder with free-to-air channels from different European countries (English, German, Belgian, French, etc.). There are also Spanish DTT channels, some of which broadcast content in English by selecting the language on the TV. The TV is connected to the internet and has access to apps such as YouTube or NetFlix. There is free WiFi throughout the house. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. There is a fridge with freezer, induction ceramic hob with three burners, oven and microwave. There are also small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen has everything you need, including quality kitchen utensils and tableware. What do we provide? We don't want you to arrive with a heavy suitcase. Therefore, we always provide the basics: toilet paper, kitchen towels, water, beer, some fresh fruit, salt, pepper, tea, other spices, olive oil, cleaning products, detergent, and fabric softener. Parking is available in the same building for those coming by rental car. You really don't need a car to get around Arrecife because all the sights are less than a 5-minute walk away. Arrecife has a large avenue by the sea that runs from the coast of Arrecife and reaches Puerto del Carmen. Ideal for walkers. To tour the rest of the island, you can hire excursions or rent a car for specific days. There is an elevator in the building. The house is suitable for the elderly and children. If you need a crib or baby chair, just request it in advance. Guest access Parking is available in the building, subject to prior reservation. Other things to note Perhaps it is the only building in Arrecife that offers fully renovated apartments, exquisitely decorated and equipped specifically for vacation rentals. The homes are very spacious and full of light, something that most mini-apartments in the area lack. The building was built in 1999 and the homes were refurbished in 2018 for the vacation market. I personally have put a lot of effort and care into their preparation. The area is unbeatable, quiet and easy to access by car. Everything is close by, making the car unnecessary.
