Old 15th century house renovated close to the church square and its bell tower, at the foot of the Château de PESTEILS. Located between AURILLAC and the SUPER-LIORAN resort. The space The house has three floors served by two staircases. on the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with all the necessities and a fireplace. On the first floor, the living room with another fireplace and a sofa bed, a TV and a computer with internet connection. From this floor you can access a small balcony and the laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. On the top floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and two single beds in an alcove.
