This completely new refurbished old town house is located in a prime location, in the heart of the medieval old town, just 100 meters from the Cathedral (Salzburger Dom), at the foot of the fortress mountain (Festung Hohensalzburg). The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which are divided into 2 apartments which are connected inside by a door (lockable if you want). Additionally both apartments also have their own main entrances. The building has 3 storeys. The space The smaller apartment of the house is located on the ground floor, the entrance is located on the front of the house (northern, towards Domplatz, Kapitelplatz). The apartment is connected via a staircase and a door (lockable if you want) inside with the larger apartment upstairs. The furniture and decor, including bathroom and kitchen is completely new. The apartment has underfloor heating, the floors are made of high quality, wide natural wood floorboards (please no street shoes in the apartment). The layout of the smaller apartment: Anteroom (9 sqm), open kitchen with dining and living area (25 sqm), 1 bedroom with double bed (10 sqm), 1 bathroom (5 sqm). The larger apartment of the house is upstairs and attic. The entrance is located at the back of the house (southern, also at ground level due to the hillside location on the fortress hill beginning here). The apartment is connected via a staircase and a door (lockable if you want) inside with the smaller apartment on the ground floor. All furnitures including bathrooms and kitchen are completely new. In the anteroom you find a terrazzo floor, in the living and sleeping areas you find partly new, partly renovated historic natural wood floorboards made of fir (please no street shoes in the living rooms).
