This property is located at a quiet residential area at the south west side of Mykonos and provides ideal accommodation for large groups that need lots of outdoor area, plenty of indoor living room and amazing sunset views from every corner and all year round. It consists of two separate houses, large pool filled with seawater, two patios, BBQ and spacious terraced shaded area. The space Villa Iza consists of two houses covering an indoor surface of approx. 300 sq.m. in total; main house with 3 bedrooms (2 king size beds & 3 single beds on the upper bedroom) and three single sofa beds, while the guest suite sleeps comfortably three people (one king size bed & single sofa bed). Thus, 10 people may sleep in the bedrooms and couple of more in the living rooms. It's an ideal option for large families or two families sharing it, as well as for large groups that want to be altogether. The pool is pretty large (65 sq.m.) and quite deep at one end (3.2 m.), while it's filled with seawater for environmental reasons as in the island the fresh water is very limited and was only few years ago that we had drought in Mykonos. What adds to its uniqueness is that you may watch from most spots of the property the sun diving into sea right next to Delos island. Days with good visibility you may watch much of the Cyclades, Tinos, Delos, Rhenia, Syros only to name few of them. The outdoor area is quite spacious with 6 sun-beds and 4 seize-longs, a cemented table that sits up to 12 people, second dining table next to main house along with bamboo set of of armchairs. On the upper level three cars fit in the indoor parking, main entrance has also terraced area in front of it. So in case someone is interested to throw an event, a lot of people may fit in the whole property. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole property so they can go anywhere in the two buildings, at all outdoor area, parking, gate, pergolas, swimming pool and verandas. The only place that guests aren't allowed to enter for security reasons is under the pool area where is the engine room. There are also couple of locked closets that our housekeepers keep their equipment and stuff.
