The property was renovated and now provides a unique space for living, dining, bathing and cooking with a glass galleried bed deck with a comfortable and cosy bedroom space. It is perfectly designed for couples to spend time away together or in fact as a working home from home, with all modern amenities, it is sparkling clean. We are around 10 minutes walk to the beach front and the same from Langstone Harbour shoreline. It is a peaceful place to relax and recharge or an ideal base to sail, windsurfing & explores. The Stairs to the Bed Loft are "Ships Stairs" & therefore steeper than you may be used too, with Left - Right Paddle treads, it is not suitable for folks who have mobility challenges. Private off road parking is at the front of the property with additional parking for visiting friends
