It is a short stroll to Beachfront and Coastal Paths of Langstone Harbour & shoreline, which look across the Harbour to Chichester and the Southdowns. It is a peaceful place to relax and recharge or an ideal base to Sail, Bicycle, Kite Surf, Fish or Simply Watch the incredible selection of birds, seals and wildlife attracted to the waters edge. The space Newly refurbishment - sparkling clean & uncluttered open-plan but, cozy studio apartment, kitchen, shower room, sleeping loft & living space to relax and unwind, a short stroll from the beech. Front & rear sitting out areas with private parking. Blue tooth Smart TV and Speakers - Excellent Free Wifi! The Ship-Stairs to the Bed Loft, it is not suitable for folks who have mobility challenges. The primary heating is via the wood burner which puts out enough heat for a 3 bedroom house! All firewood provided for a snug stay, spare electric fan in the loft too. Guest access Keys-Safe at the studio means you can arrive & depart easily, and in private. Check in is 4pm check out 11am Other things to note The kitchen is equipt to with most everything you need, however we don’t provide any food stuff or welcome packs to keep the prices keen. On your way in you will pass, Liddle, Co-op, Sainsbury’s so do stop and pick up the things you need in a self catering holiday home.
