The space Being the former Rock Candy Factory and shop, the cottage & house was converted into a holiday home in 2004 and has since been modernised whilst taking great care to keep the holiday home feel to it. Rock Cottage, Ground floor: fully equipped large kitchen with dining space for 6, lounge area to seat 4 with smart tv and a separate wc. First floor 1 x king size bedroom, 1 x twin room. 1 x newly renovated family bathroom. Rock House, Ground floor: dining space for 8, lounge area with smart tv, large well equipped kitchen, accessible ground floor bedroom with en-suite and a separate wc. First floor: 1 x king size bedroom with en-suite shower room. 1 x king size bedroom. 1 x bunk bed room. 1 x family bathroom. If required the cottages social areas can be reconfigured with cottage having both dining tables with provides dining for 12+ infants and house having additional seating providing a lounge area for 12+ infants or you can keep them as they are with cottage self contained for 4 and house for 8 plus infants in both. Travel cots and high chairs can be provided. These cottages are perfect for friends or multi-generational living. There is a quaint court yard with seating for 12 and 2 bbq’s. A great sun trap. The perfect place to relax with your complimentary bottle of wine. We do accept dogs but ask that they do not go upstairs.
