'Spy The Sea' Polzeath

My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room. The space An incredibly relaxing home with everything you need for a great holiday by the beach in Cornwall. Outdoor hot shower, seriously comfy beds, fantastic luxury bathrooms, private garden with funky decked area for that essential sundowner. Chilled living area with spectacular views of the surf - 5 minutes walk to the beach down a private road. Ideally suited for 8 guests (10 max - but this is a squeeze around the kitchen table if all sitting together, but possible). There are also 2 additional large picnic tables outside so no issue in fine weather. There is a travel cot and high chair at the property - please bring your own bedding for the cot.
