Pool facing 3 bedroom apartment in Limnaria Garden

Cyprus Ministry of Tourism License 000074 This lovely 3 bedroom ground floor apartment is located in the beautiful resort of Limnaria Gardens. The apartment has a terrace facing the landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools and a childrens pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. There is plenty of space on the terrace for sunbathing. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A good- sized living and dining room with direct access to the terrace. The apartment is located 300 meters from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less then a 5 minute walk away. Just around the corner you can find a car rental, if you like to explore more of the Island. Note: Occupancy - 6 people. For an additional child up to 12 years a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally Pool closed: 01.November - 01. April Upon arrival we will send out details on how to find and access the apartment. In the apartment you will also find an information book with information's about the apartment, sights and activities and restaurants. The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. You can always get in contact with us via e-mail and during office hours from 09:00-17:00. Limnaria Gardens is an award-winning resort with a beautiful garden and pool area. The area of Limnaria Gardens is quiet and very family friendly. Everything is in walking distance. When staying in Limnaria Gardens you do not need a car. 300 meters from the apartment you have the next bus stop. The bus will take you to the nearest water park, or the harbour or maybe you would like to visit Paphos mall with many different shops and Cafe's . You can also enjoy an evening walk alongside the beach down to the harbour and Paphos Castle (20 minute walk) and watch the beautiful sunsets of Cyprus.
