Penthouse composed of two double bedrooms, one bathroom, sofa bed and big private terrace, located in a modern building. It is perfect for families or small groups. The flat is located on a fifth floor, accessible with the lift and then WITH FEW STAIRS until the flat (located on the upper floor of the building). 03 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios and 20 minutes walking from beach zone; Supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. The space • Living room: the living/dining room is wide and bright with a direct access to the big private terrace, there is a sofa bed and a TV. It has a split air conditioning (working also as a heater). • Bedroom 1: It is equipped with a big double bed of 150cm and a ceiling fan. • Bedroom 2: It is equipped with two single beds and a ceiling fan. • Bathroom: complete 3 pieces bathroom with shower. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with domestic appliances and all the amenities. EXTRAS RULES • Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it. • To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat. • It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building, except in the terraces. • Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times. • People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted. Guest access • Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants. • There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building. • Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet. Other things to note • Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm. • Our staff will ask for your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance. • Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat.
