CASA MERY is a two-story house with a PRIVATE POOL, located in downtown Tías. It has a separate entrance from the street. The ground floor has a living room overlooking the pool, a full bathroom, and a kitchen-dining room with full kitchenware. It has an exclusive terrace for its guests equipped with a table and six chairs and four sun loungers. The top floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All beds are 2.00 meters long. It has about 120 m2 of useful space and the outdoor space of about 100 m2 in which the pool is located, with dimensions of 3 by 6 meters and 1.30 m deep. The POOL is saltwater, treated with a salt chlorinator. The POOL water can be HEATED at the request of your guests, for an additional price (check prices with the host) The master bedroom has two 1.05m x 2.00m beds, an en-suite bathroom and a room equipped with a desk. The other two bedrooms have a 1.50m x 2.00m bed with direct access to the balcony. The other bathroom is located in the middle area between the three bedrooms. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, although the house in general usually has a good temperature due to its location. The house has a FREE WIFI connection with fiber optics, a TV with a SATELLITE connection in German, English, Spanish and NETFLIX. The house has a lot of light and the bedrooms and living room have a darkening system to prevent the sun from coming in and to be able to rest. Parking is free on the public road, with an easy parking area. The house has a free safe for its customers, alarm service for when they are away and want to activate it, pool-beach towels, coffee maker of different types, kettle, toaster, first aid kit, hairdryer, oven, microwave, washing machine, clothesline, iron and everything you need to enjoy a practical and pleasant stay. Other things to note The POOL can be heated at the guest's request, for an additional price, and must be communicated two days in advance to reach the appropriate temperature. The pool water is treated with a salt chlorinator. The living room has AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING and the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
